Students interested in taking on a leadership role in service activities are invited to attend the STA Serves Officer Interest Meeting. This meeting is designed for students who want to become more involved in organizing service projects and contributing to STA.
The meeting will take place on Tuesday, May 5th at 2:30 p.m. in Room 312. During this session, students will learn more about available officer positions, expectations, and responsibilities within the STA Serves organization. It will also provide an overview of how the group plans and executes service opportunities throughout the school year.
Students attending the meeting will have the opportunity to explore leadership roles that focus on coordination, communication, and event planning. These positions are intended for students who are interested in taking a more active role in shaping service initiatives and increasing student involvement.
In addition to leadership experience, participating as an officer can help students build their resumes and develop skills such as organization, teamwork, and public speaking. This opportunity is especially relevant for students who want to demonstrate commitment to service and leadership within their school community.
Students who are interested in applying for an officer role or learning more about STA Serves are encouraged to attend the meeting. This event provides a clear starting point for those looking to take on greater responsibility and make a broader impact through school service programs.
