Sophomore,Derek Brown,  shared his thoughts on the greatest underdog in soccer. He pointed to Croatia’s incredible run to the 2018 World cup final as a standout example. Even people who don’t watch much soccer, like Derek, can still be inspired and captivated by powerful underdog stories.

In the end, the magic of underdogs is what makes soccer so unpredictable and fun to watch. It is not just about famous players or rich clubs but about teams that play with heart and never give up. Underdog stories remind us that anything is possible in soccer and life if you believe in yourself.
