Both teams were ready and very stoked to play this game. The Raiders started the game on offense, and put together a long drive capped off by a Julius Jones touchdown on 4th and goal. This, however, was not Jones’ only time in the endzone, as he scored three times in the game.

The Raiders’ defense played another great game, and Cannon Gulla had a takeaway. There were a lot of sacks for the Raiders, one coming from Shiloh Dent, and the other from Wyatt Smith. For the first time in Raider history, there was a halftime drone show, where they showcased the new Raider Man mascot. The show was about 15 minutes long, and all of the fans were entertained. The 2025 Homecoming Court was presented, and Aniya Harriot was crowned Homecoming Queen. After the highly anticipated halftime show, the Raiders kicked back off and didn’t lose any momentum. The Raiders continued to get key stops and on offense running backs; Isaiah Calixte and Kayin Liddie found the endzone. Western wouldn’t go down without a fight, they ended up scoring towards the end of the game to make the final score 45-6.
