Recently, I have been sleeping in late and barely making my bus. I go to sleep at a decent time to get enough sleep but still wake up late. I was wondering if you have any tips to help me wake up on time and fix my sleep schedule. Thank you!

Thank you for reaching out to me. Dealing with sleep schedules can be tricky. If you struggle with waking up in the mornings, I would suggest changing your alarm ringtone. Changing the ringtone has been proven to increase the effectiveness of waking a person up. If this doesn’t work for you, you should ask a family member to look over you in the morning and make sure you’re waking up. As for fixing your sleep schedule, try to limit any afternoon naps. They will boost you with unnecessary energy, making it more difficult to fall asleep later at night.

I can confirm that this works. Every time I change my alarm ringtone, I always wake up much easier and on time.
