Dear Aquinas,
I woke up this morning with a stuffy nose, sore throat and sinus congestion. I can’t afford to be sick this week due to the fact that I have a meeting this weekend. I've been drinking orange juice and trying to distance myself from people who may be sick, but other than that, do you have any tips or recommendations that I can use?

Dear John,
I’m sorry to hear that you’re feeling sick. Stuffy sinuses are the worst! Everything you’ve done so far to prevent the sickness from spreading is great, but there are some things you can do to actually heal yourself! I am not a doctor, but I would recommend nasal spray or a decongestant. Nasal sprays tend to be great for clearing up sinuses. Also, make sure to drink plenty of warm tea with lemon and honey and try to avoid cold drinks and foods. If the pain in your throat worsens, try taking an anti-inflammatory. I hope you feel better!
Until the next question,
Aquinas
