Dear Aquinas,
Coming back from winter break and trying to return to the regular school day was not as easy as I imagined it would be. Rather than jumping right back into the routine, I found myself struggling to stay awake during class, turning in assignments on time, or being able to come home and study. My goal for Quarter 4 is to be able to do well and redeem myself from Quarter 3. I was wondering if you have any tips to ensure that I can be on my “A” game this quarter!

Dear Stella,
This definitely sounds like a struggle! Going back to a strict routine after getting used to long, relaxing days at home is hard. My advice for you would be to keep a schedule for yourself so that you can stay on track and organized. For example, keep a list of tasks you need to get done each day, and make sure to follow the list. That way, you will be able to stay on top of your school work and be on your “A” game for the final quarter!
Until the next question,
Aquinas
