BASEBALL
The varsity baseball team defeated Archbishop McCarthy last night by a score of two-to-one behind an amazing pitching performance by Brady Golan, who went six innings allowed one run. Then Ryan Stall, the sidewinder, came in and shut down the seventh inning for the Mavericks to secure the win. The defense was fantastic all night with a great diving play by Mauricio Clement and Yuniel Paredes displayed great base running putting himself at third to score on a wild throw. Nico Sabbitino provided the power with another monster home run! Go Raiders!
