New Drake Albums Drops with Disappointment

Xander Montero cringes as he listens to the latest Drake album.

Aubrey Graham, also known as Drake, released three albums on May 14,2026. The albums were named Iceman, Habibti, and Maid of Honor. People were shocked because only Iceman was announced and the other two were released without any advertisement or announcement. In general the albums haven’t been received as well as people expected them to be. Critics all have varying opinions on which album is the best.

Habibti:

Habibti is Drake’s R&B/ Soul album out of the three. The most listened to song as of May 27,2026 is “I’m Spent”. Habibti only has 11 songs and a run time of 37 minutes. This album is considered the second best.One of the songs that has been considered good is “Fortworth” with PARTYNEXTDOOR.

ICEMAN:

Iceman is the album that was announced and hyped up. During the week of May 30, 2026 Iceman had 9 out of 10 songs on the Billboard Hot 100. The Album had a harder rap style which was similar to other songs Drake has made, but it wasn’t supported.Fans and critics can agree that the album has good songs but they don’t flow together as an album.

Maid of Honour:

Maid of Honour was more of an up beat/party album. The album is similar to Honestly Nevermind which was one of the worst received Drake albums originally, but after it marinated it started to grow on listeners. The general public opinion seems to be that it is the worst of the three.
