- You can work on the dough while the Nutella is in the freezer. First, grab a hand-held mixer and bowl and mix the butter with brown/granulated sugar until fluffy and pale.
- Next, add the eggs, milk, vanilla, flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix them all together, then cover the bowl and freeze it for 15 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Scoop the cookie dough onto the frozen disk-shaped Nutella.
- Wrap the dough around the Nutella and add more to cover any openings. Then put it in the freezer for about five to ten more minutes.
- Then bake until the cookies are puffed, about 15 minutes. Make sure to let them cool before serving!
