Peppermint Bark Cookies:
There are many different types of cookies, and it’s good to try something new. Peppermint Bark Cookies have a chewy and crunchy consistency, and their unique flavor is what makes them so special.
Ingredients:
1 box of devil’s food cake mix
2 large eggs
5 tbsps of unsalted butter (melted)
⅔ cup of finely chopped white chocolate or white chocolate peppermint bark
1 bag of crushed peppermints.
Instructions
In a large bowl, mix cake mix, eggs, butter, and oil until combined, then use a spatula to smooth the dough.
Put in the chocolate, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 5 to 10 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and use a ¾ oz scoop to scoop the dough into golf-sized balls.
Pour the crushed candies onto a plate and roll the balls on top of it.
Use your palm to slightly flatten the cookies and bake until no longer glossy on top but soft and moist inside, 9 minutes.
Let it cool for five minutes, then enjoy!

Nutella-Stuffed Cookies:
If you are a chocolate fan, then this one’s for you. Nutella-stuffed cookies are tender, intensely chocolatey cookies that contain gooey Nutella inside.
Ingredients:
3-4 tbsps of Nutella
4 tbsps of butter
3 cups of brown granulated sugar
3 eggs
2 tbsps of vanilla
1 cup of flour
1 ¾ of cocoa powder
3 tbsp of baking soda
1 tbsp flaky sea salt
Instructions:
Take 1 tbsp of Nutella and put it on a parchment sheet of paper. Transfer the sheet to the freezer for about 30 minutes, but it’s recommended that you let it freeze for about 2 hours or more.
You can work on the dough while the Nutella is in the freezer. First, grab a hand-held mixer and bowl and mix the butter with brown/granulated sugar until fluffy and pale.
Next, add the eggs, milk, vanilla, flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix them all together, then cover the bowl and freeze it for 15 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Scoop the cookie dough onto the frozen disk-shaped Nutella.
Wrap the dough around the Nutella and add more to cover any openings. Then put it in the freezer for about five to ten more minutes.
Then bake until the cookies are puffed, about 15 minutes. Make sure to let them cool before serving!
