This club encourages students to practice mindfulness, improve physical health, and manage stress. Participants engage in many yoga styles, focusing on flexibility, strength, and relaxation techniques. The club welcomes students of all experience levels, making a supportive community where individuals can explore this practice. The club president is Lilly Aronovitz, who is the founder of NamaSTA. The Vice President is Madison Demarco and Nicolette Labadie, and the director is Ms.Goff.
As the Yoga Club continues to grow, it plans to host fundraisers, group gatherings, and community events, according to Lily Aronovitz, the club president. These activities can help you to incorporate yoga into your daily life, promoting a healthy lifestyle. This club encourages club members to try something new. So, if you’re looking for a new way to stay active, de-stress, or try something different, the Yoga Club might be precisely what you need. The first service event of this school year was on March 29th at Hollywood Beach. For the members that attended, they pitched in $10, and the proceeds will go to Give Back Yoga Foundation.
