NBA 3/17/25
- The Philadelphia 76ers have been injury-ridden lately, but stars have emerged from these injuries. Quentin Grimes, whom they acquired in a trade with the Dallas Mavericks earlier this season, has led this team to unexpected wins. He had 46 points, 13 rebounds, and four assists in tonight’s overtime loss to the Houston Rockets. The final score was a 144-137 Rockets win.
- Desmond Bane’s score for the Memphis Grizzlies dropped to 44 points, six rebounds, and four assists despite the Grizzlies losing to the Sacramento Kings. This was the first time in Grizzlies history that someone had 40+ points and 5+ 3PM while shooting 100% from the 3-point line.
- The Denver Nuggets defeated the Golden State Warriors 114-105, even without their franchise player Nikola Jokic. Aging former MVP winner Russell Westbrook led the charge with 12 points, 12 rebounds, and 16 assists.
NBA 3/18/25
- Kawhi Leonard leads all players in scoring tonight after dropping 33 points, seven rebounds, four assists, and four steals to lead the charge in taking down the juggernaut Cleveland Cavaliers in a 132-119 win.
- The Golden State Warriors have won 8 out of their last nine after defeating the Milwaukee Bucks 104-93. Jimmy Butler, whom they acquired from the Miami Heat at the trade deadline, led the Warriors with 24 points, eight rebounds, and 10 assists.
- The Atlanta Hawks blew out the Charlotte Hornets by 32 points, winning 134-102. Trae Young leads his team with 31 points and eight assists. This win marks a sweep in the season series for the Atlanta Hawks, who have won all four games against the Hornets.
NBA 3/19/25
- The Phoenix Suns win 3 out of their last four games to move to the previous spot in the Play-In Tournament. Led by Devin Booker’s 41 points, four rebounds, and seven assists. Booker helped his team defeat the Chicago Bulls 127-121.
- Despite the Oklahoma City Thunder’s injuries, they still managed to defeat the Philadelphia 76ers in blowout fashion, winning 133-100. The Thunder were led by backup Center Jaylin Williams, who got the start tonight and showed why he’s a valuable asset for the Thunder. He had 19 points, 17 rebounds, and 11 assists.
- Cade Cunningham hit a game-winning three-pointer with 0.9 seconds left in the Pistons’ game against Miami. The Pistons won 116-113, led by Cade Cunningham’s 25 points, 12 rebounds, and 11 assists, his ninth triple-double.
- Spurs player Sandro Mamukelashvili, set a new NBA record tonight, scoring 34 points in under 20 minutes. The Spurs shocked and upset the New York Knicks, winning 120-105.

- Sacramento Kings Forward DeMar DeRozan becomes the 27th person in NBA history to reach 25,000 career points. In the King’s loss, he finished with 22 points, three rebounds, and five assists. This game also marked the first time former King Kevin Heurter suited up against his team, with his Bulls winning 128-116.
- Despite getting off to a slow start in the first half of the game, Coby White finishes with 38 points on the night. He scored 35 of his 38 points in the game’s second half, leading his team to a win. The Bulls now sit at 30-40 with 12 games left in the season.
- Jimmy Butler gave the Warriors their 41st win on the season after he got a clutch block against the Raptors in the game’s final seconds. He ended up with 16 points, 11 rebounds, and 12 assists. This win came with a cost, though, as franchise cornerstone Steph Curry suffered a pelvic injury.
NBA 3/21/25
- The Phoenix Suns defeated the Cleveland Cavaliers, giving them their fourth loss in a row. This is a shocker to most fans, as Cleveland was just on a 16-game winning streak. Kevin Durant finished with 42 points, along with Devin Bookers’ 17 points and 10 assists.
- The Miami Heat have lost their 10th straight game in a row, losing 102-98 to the Houston Rockets. The Rockets were led by Forward Amen Thompson’s 18 points, nine rebounds, five assists, seven steals, and Fred VanVleet’s 37 points.
- Deni Avdija led the Portland Trailblazers to a 128-109 win against the Denver Nuggets. Avdija had 36 points, eight rebounds, and seven assists. The Nuggets were without Nikola Jokic, and it showed tonight with that loss.
NBA 3/22/25
- Giannis Antetokounmpo leads the Milwaukee Bucks to a close 114-108 win against the Sacramento Kings. He had 32 points, 17 rebounds, and three assists. Brook Lopez had 21 points, three rebounds, and two assists.
- Josh Giddey falls just short of NBA history, having a near quadruple-double with 15 points, 10 rebounds, 17 assists, and eight steals. The Bulls were blowing out the Lakers, so they took him out, and fans could only imagine if he had stayed in, would he have gotten it?
- The Hawks defeated a short-handed Golden State Warriors team without Steph Curry, as three players dropped double-doubles. Trae Young had 25 points, five rebounds, and 10 assists; Onyeka Okongwu had 22 points, 12 rebounds, and six assists; and Dyson Daniels had 12, 11 rebounds, and six assists.
NBA 3/23/25
- The Thunder ended the Clippers’ five-game winning streak and extended their winning streak to six. They battle it out and end up winning 103-101 in a back and forth game. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander led with 26 points, but needed to take 29 shots to get to that point.
- Andrew Wiggins has his best game as a part of the Miami Heat yet, dropping 42 points on 16/21 shooting. Wiggins was traded from the Warriors as a part of the Jimmy Butler trade earlier this year, and showed that he still has what it takes to be the second option of a squad. Heat win 122-105 against the Hornets.
- The Cavaliers finally ended their 4 game losing streak, defeating the Utah Jazz, 120-91. The Cavaliers had six players in the double-digit point column, including Donovan Mitchell, Darius Garland, De’Andre Hunter, Ty Jerome, Jarrett Allen, and Evan Mobley.
