On October 18th, 2024, St. Thomas Aquinas hosted the Monarch Knights at Brian Piccolo Stadium. The Raiders approached this game with a record of 6-2, and the Knights came into it with 4-2. STA entered the field with drive and determination after a close game against Chaminade Madonna the previous week.
The Raiders dominated throughout the game, winning 44-6. Andrew Indorf, Cedric Wyche, Derrick Baker, Ahmari Stevens, and Isaac Forbes scored the touchdowns of the game. Center Logan Husband, an FAU-commit, expressed pride about how “defense had stops and turnovers across the board, and the offense put points on the board almost every drive.”
On the defensive side, players such as Daniel Norman, Travares Daniels, Zayden Gamble, Justice Fitzpatrick, Denard Johnson, and Jermiyah Douglas made notable contributions. That’s only a few of the standout players from this game as St. Thomas Aquinas dominated in all phases of the game leading to a victory. The Raiders, who are now 7-2, will play their next game against American Heritage on October 25th, 2024.
